I have called numerous times to report my September income and I keep getting the run around on your automated system. It is directing me to leave a voicemail, however, I would like to speak with a live person as soon as possible so I can make sure there is not an overpayment of benefits. Plus I need to explain my situation and the income received. Thank you.

temporary help couldn't answer my questions but were as helpful as they could be with limited knowledge. I told the I am fluent in Spanish and they said I could get a state job and the people would walk me through the process, but they sent me to a closed office.

Not impressed!!! Your telephone contact (541) 967-2078 provides nothing but automated responses. What does one have to do to get answers to these simple questions? Who is the assigned caseworker and what is the case #? My wife , myself, visited your offices mid-December and filled out the needed paperwork. We were told that a caseworker would be assigned.
