The new system with the number to call to get a hold of the caseworker is absolutely terrible. I'm jn work between the times of 8am and 3pm and that's when it says you can only call. I have tried to call in my lunch and never got through, each time bring back the old way of being able to contact you caseworker easier through a direct line or at least give an email. I have a renewal that I have questions about and I can't get a hold of anyone to help me because of this absolutely disaster and stressful especially when it comes to my children health insurance and I can't get a hold of anyone .
