DCS protects children who are victims of abuse or neglect and strengthens families through services that focus on family support and preservation. The Department also administers child support, child protection, adoption and foster care throughout the state of Indiana.

Bartholomew county DCS turns a blind eye and covers it up when children being manipulated. They also allow anyone to anonymously make false reports any time for any reason as many times as they want to, opening the door for vindictive ex’s and ex’s new spouses, such as mine, to harass the other parent with cps investigations. I’ve been a victim of such harassment I’ve been reported 3 times this year by a vindictive ex husband trying to get custody of our children. Cps puts no safeguards in place they don’t care that they’ve investigated a parent three times in a row in one year and found her fit and the claims unsubstantiated. They do nothing to prevent weaponizing of the reporting system.
