The Division for Children, Youth and Families manages protective programs on behalf of New Hampshire's children and youth and their families.
DCYF staff provide a wide range of family-centered services with the goal of meeting the needs of parents and their children and strengthening the family system. Services are designed to support families and children in their own homes and communities whenever possible.

Got a letter...called number at bottom of page. ..left on hold for over 45 minutes. Finally someone picked up...told my case is out of Berlin...told me couldn't help much...asked me what letter said ...told her...she said not sure what I should send in for self employment...she said some people send entire tax form, but then said well that's a big file...I said do you want just schedule C...she said I don't know, what does that say on it...then said ya send that....I need to have my kids covered for medical...I called Berlin office asked to speak with my case manager...she said you don't know who that is, I said no, but I have a case number...she put me into the same prompt that I just spent over 45 minutes on...tried calling Berlin office back ... No one picked up! I need to personally speak with a live person who can answer my questions.
