I agree this place is a JOKE !!! If they are always " running behind" then, they 1 - need more help or 2 need new help !!! I don't like having to have help - but they sure don't like making it no so disheartening to have to ask for it.
when you call you never get anyone on the phone. when you call you case worker you get a recording and she never calls you back. When you go down to the office you can not see your case worker. the lobby is so small that you have to give information and EVERYONE in the lobby can hear you. THAT I DO NOT LIKE> It has been three months that the case worker has been working on this case........Really 3 months. I did not give my full name or email because I don't want this complaint to be used against me.....................But the bottom line we are treated like unimportant cattle. I hope you can fix the office
