Reviews
It is extremely difficult to get a hold of somebody to get help with my transfer of benefits, these voice automated systems are humongous barriers and make life a lot more difficult for people. It’s taking me almost 2 hours to try to get a hold of Alive person to help me so I can get my son free lunches and get our food stamps, transferred and get my childcare set up and everything else and it’s really really really stressful that I cannot get a hold of anyone. What am I supposed to do when I can’t get anything but a robot when I try to call. The policy on how to get a hold of Caseworker’s needs to be changed because it is very difficult and would be almost difficult for people with impairments to figure this stuff out. Please get rid of the automated systems at least with really important assistance programs. They need live people to assist people, and plus, it would bring in more jobs. It’s a win-win. As it stands I don’t know what I’m gonna do to get a hold of somebody. I guess I’ll have to load my kids up and go into to the office.
The ladies were very helpful and patient with me. It was a pleasant experience all the way around.
I ordered a replacement card for my food stamps and it has been over 10 days I have had trouble with people stealing my mail so I was wanting to see if I could come to the office and pick up a card
i didnt get my food stamps or my other card yet.
I am on total ssdi, I have an 28 year old daughter who is on the spectrum and we are interested in services and housing. I'm not familiar with how the process works. Thank you, Christine
