I visited about 5+ years ago but unfortunately now you can't enter the building or get a hold of anybody on the phone or any other Department of Family and Children's Services in any other County. I'm very aware of how busy these case managers are but it's kind of frustrating when you call and they tell you to leave a message and it says this mailbox is full goodbye so you try the supervisor's number exact same thing happens no answer and mailbox is full.
Always helpful and polite.
This establishment is so UNPROFESSIONAL.
