I have attempted to contact someone for weeks. I got a letter to state that I missed my interview, but I was interviewed by two different people, then I got a notice stating that benefits were approved, then I got another notice stating my benefits were denied for failure to upload required documents. I have completed everything requested of me and I keep getting mixed letters which is very confusing. I have tried to get benefits for a while now and 2nd time attempting to continue the process, but I can't reach anyone either.

On April 3, 2020 I was told by Social Security Administration office that my Part B of cancelled and I would need to contact my local DFCS. After several attempts with different phone numbers, I was able to leave a message. Unexpectedly, I did receive a call back. I was told I need to reapply for medical Part B. I never received notice of a review, which I informed the representative. I am reapplying today for medical only, with prayer that I have part B approved.
