I attempted to renew my benefits on line. I could not because they tried to send me a telephone code to an out dated phone number. I have tried to call them to bring my contact information up to date many, many times, but my multiple calls were ALWAYS met by a busy signal; I have never been able to get through. The doors are locked, I cannot make an appointment by phone. How can I possibly get my eligibility for benefits reviewed before it's too late?
