This office is horrible, I have come in and had to wait and wait while the person behind the desk is on a personal call many times and they act like we are bothering them . Not friendly at all . They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES ..... worst office ever
I can’t ever seem to get anyone to talk with. You call the office and all you ever get is the machine and you never here back from anyone. I sent in asking for family insurance on December 13 and it has been 45 days and it says it has been processed , my kids have been sick and I can’t even take them to the doctor.
