The Division of Children and Family Services is responsible for safety of children and youth in Arkansas. DCFS is responsible for child abuse and neglect prevention, protective, foster care, and adoptive programs.

This is the worst! Business office o contact for anything you can’t get a hold of anybody they don’t answer their phones, can’t leave a voicemail because the voice-box mailbox always full which means they don’t check or remove voicemails. I have never seen such unprofessional-ism in my life in a state official office. I can’t even get documentation I need to get a job and I live out of state.
