Why can't I reach a human. I have no idea of the names of the people who work there. I tried operator, it kept taking me back to the same long winded message and no help. You phone system is horrible.
Why have the employees at dss changed the automated system? So that when you call you cannot reach anyone. There is the option to enter an extension but there is no staff listing to choose from. I would wager less than 2% of the people dss serves in the county are aware of their case workers ext. But,.its a genius way to decrease productivity and the publics ability to get the help they need. Whose master plan was this, it wasnt broke, i guess since people could actually reach their case worker, this caused the employees to have to do work. So, long story short. Were in the midst of a pandemic, a time qhen the number of people needing help.has increased exponentialy, loss of jobs and income. And DSS set up an automated answering service that hinders the publics ability to call
