You can't speak to a human. My granddaughter was taken into DCF custody and arrangements were made for her to come to me and I haven't heard a thing from them and have made hundreds of phone calls only ending in the same result. Nothing! Something needs to be done about this. My granddaughter is with strangers and I have no power to help her because I can't speak to a human.

The ONLY way to talk to a human is to make an appointment first, then go in. Calling is useless if you want to talk to a human. Govt employees (OUR EMPLOYEES!) don't want to be bothered with phone calls. I live 30 miles from the office, so I will have to call for an appointment, then go in to talk to a human for my questions to be answered. What is wrong with this picture?

I need to speak with someone ASAP. I have been trying to get in contact with this office for days. And no one answers. I need my original copies of my birth certificate and my social security card. I have no other way of getting these things because I don’t have an ID. I need these to get that.

My sister has called this office for over two weeks and has left messages. NO one has returned her call . She is the one that called and got a case going on her grandchildren. I know this office is probably understaffed and overworked, but someone could take two minutes and return her call. She has more information about what is going on. I am doing this in writing so there will be a record of this conversation. Another sister is contacting the governor’s office. Hope to hear from you sooner than later.
