The employees needs to be more professional, I was waiting for the SSN letter forever and after my second visit they stated they will send another letter and every time I received a letter for a different person, with all confidential info, at the end the history they denied my case and then i went to visit the DCF in Hillsborough where I received the correct services, in Hillsborough they saw 4 times the amount of peoples and do better job, is really sad because normally the people have a lot problem with the transportation and they prefer to send the wrong letter then print and given to the costumer.
I got a call from a case worker this morning, don't have his name. This case worker was extremely rude, badgering and threatening towards me. He would not let me answer his questions. He kept interrupting me and ignoring my pleas for help. He had obviously talked to the person I made the report against, and is taking the abusers word for the truth. I want to know how I can make a formal complaint against this case worker.
