How do I make an appointment to come into the 200 N. Nebraska office in Lakeland Florida to bring in additional information for my case?

I’ve called children & family in Lakeland several times in the last month to get my Medicaid & food stamps re-established in the state of Florida, I can never get a real person to talk to ever. I ended up calling Baton and getting the information I needed. This is unprofessional to all people needed to be helped with something that is important.

If a husband has been in a long term nursing home for almost 10 years and his wife now has to convert from rehab to long term care do they have to qualify together or can they remain separate to qualify.

I am the ESE facilitator over at Sleepy Hill. I was wondering if it would help for me to gather some suit cases or any other things you can suggest for children who are taken away from their families.
