DCF system in Florida is the worst in the whole nation. Is impossible to speak with somebody, and the system doesn't provide you ways to help. Why they have a telephone number if is impossible to speak with somebody or you have to be 4 hrs in the phone? Horrible!
I have spent the entire morning trying to get help and there is NONE! I can't reach anyone anywhere.
No one answers the phone during business hours!
I received a phone call from a woman named Kim to go over a food stamp application, I missed it and I have been trying to contact her for the last 2 weeks now with no return call. I have until the 23rd to have this call and I am worried I will not get approved for not calling. I have proof that I have called on a daily basis ever since I missed the call
Called and the system hung up, called again, selected a menu option and no ring/nobody answers. It is like there is nobody there. Yes, this was during normal business hours. Nice to see there is nobody to call if there was an emergency and that our tax dollars are being wasted so efficiently on one of the most blithering displays of incompetence I have ever seen.
How, do I apply for foster Parent.
