The place never pick up the phone, on hold for hours even a call back then on hold again, they are making me loose my food stamps. I’ve tried all tel numbers including the one on paper.

The employees are rude and not understanding nor accommodating. I had to visit over the span of 3 times because I kept needing more documents for my elderly 89 year old parents to receive Medicaid. Each time employees made my parents come in on their own even though they couldn’t speak for themselves because they have Alzheimer’s and denied me entry to help them out. To only figure out that they couldn’t communicate and made me come in after going back and forth. Very frustrating and the attitude of the employees did not help. I can totally agree with other reviews the employees need better training because this treatment was not welcomed.

This place is a joke . Employees are mean. There is no respect for customers. Try to find another location if you are used to get good service. The employee on the other office next door needs to learn about customer service before handing paperwork.

This place is ridiculous, I have been calling EVERY single day for an interview and now soon you guys will be at fault for me getting denied by deadline because no one will answer! I need this, and you guys are sitting around not helping..

I was told by ELC that I need a referral from DCF to get financial assistance to put my granddaughter in summer camp while I go to work. I have called her 26 times and left a message but no calls back. I try calling the main number but only get a 5 minute recording. This is a terrible example of incompetent county workers being put in control of families lives. When I lived in Broward county I could always talk to someone on the phone.

I've left 18 messages to get a referral for child care and hasn't returned a single message.
