I did visit this office after having extremely poor communication with several representatives by phone. I had to wait hours to talk to someone and it resolved absolutely nothing. When I went to the Stuart office, the lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and helped to cut through the communication issues and resolve my problem. She was also helping several people and managed her work load very well. Prior to going to this location, I was trying to get proper information and for over a month and endless hours on hold, not one person advised me correctly, and everyone I spoke to request different things. I pray this lady never leaves this office. I hope she’s treated well and appreciated her hard work.

I would like to appeal your decision made against my parents. My son is Autistic & he needs to go home. My parents are extremely capable of caring for my son...they have for the last 5 years, especially since I go there 2-3 times a week to help. You have now made an autistic boy feel punnished, one of his caregivers feel worthless and another caregiver' s depression get exacerbated. Please contact me. Thanks.
