I am trying to get in touch concerning the Christmas gifts that we always buy for the needy and the ones who don't have family to buy for them. The phone number only gives me a busy signal when i hit 0 even though the operator tells me to hit 0 and someone will be with me shortly.

My snap benefits have been approved since 06/03/20. I have never received a card. I've tried repeat to contact someone and every number given only takes you to a recording saying that no one is available at this time. I asked the social worker that came to my house a month ago and I still haven't received a card.
