My children have/had Medicaid and I received the Kemp cards for both of them, but I do not have the client ID number. I called and spoke to a representative and was given two different client ID numbers but when I try to activate either card it says the client ID number is wrong. I have tried logging into my account, and it states the Medicaid has been deactivated but I never received a notice of any appointments/call.
