I have been calling up there for days at the polk county office to get no answer I have my caseworker phone number witch it is not working. I am having trouble over a month now.
Every time I try to get in touch with someone about my case. Ian unsuccessful. I did my renewal online on. Yet I got a letter saying I didn't complete my renewal and my benefits are going to end if my renewal application is not received. I should not be penalized if the system has lost my renewal application. I have the tracking/ confirmation# of my application.
I cant enter the office due to covid procedures and i cant get anyone to answer the phone for polk county Ga's dfcs.
