I had a really bad experience with front desk ladies. I work in the medical field and I know how important is, to give an excellent customer service. The lady whom attended me, was so rude, she just was coming back from lunch, and she decided to have another break to drink her gatorade and starbucks coffee, before calling people. Then she pretended she was looking my case on her computer, and after 10 minutes she told me to have a set, because someone else was going to see my case. Please, I beg you to bring people that really want to give a service, to help us with our questions. Don't fill positions with this kind of people
