I was there yesterday helping out a person, a lady I want to say her name is Kathy, tall blond probably in her 60's helped us out with documents we were dropping off in office she was so RUDE and Arrogant..she started questioning things it didn't make any sense ..."why am I doing this"..why this, why that.....I hold my self back...because I did not want to make person I was helping uncomfortable....anyways A person with so low customer service lines should NOT be in front of a window helping people specially if she knows many diverse language speaking people visit the office for help It seemed to me she is discouraging people from been there. That is the reason I am writing this review to be the voice of those people that feel discouraged from this mean lady..hope other people ccomplain as well so this lady gets removed from that window and get someone caring and helpful to all instead.
