Impossible to get in touch with and I’ve sent in everything they’ve asked for and they said I didn’t comply and closed my foodstamps case. I can’t stand this office they’re so lazy.

I can't figure out how to do the on line application for snap benefits

The mother of my daughter and me are having some arguments with each other we have separated and she refuses to let me know where my daughter is and keeps her from me I was wanting to know what I could do to help that situation because I love my daughter and I need to see my daughter you take care of her with her mother is absolutely going ar crazy on me please if I could talk to somebody for some help, the mother of my daughter says that she is going to leave and go live in Florida did I have no right to my daughter.

Good morning. I thought that my situation was an isolated one but reading the reviews after coming to the site to find an alternate number to try to reach someone I am noticing that my situation is not isolated that several people are in the same situation in reference to getting someone on the phone or getting in touch with a caseworker if not my case worker at all. I am very aware of the circumstances and the self quarantines and everything that's going on around COVID-19. My phone interview, all documentation needing to be turned in and the 15th that my response and benefits should have been applied, all happened well before the self quarantine and the emergency surrounding COVID-19. I have exhausted all the options that have been given to find out about my case. I have left messages with my contact information.

I'm not trying to sound rude at all but I've been trying to get ahold of someone at the Henry County DFCS office pertaining to food stamps it is very important it's my way of my son eating and I cannot get anyone to return my call I do understand that they did very busy but I need for someone to please give me a call back ASAP I did have one lady out there that was so much help but I'm not able to get back ahold of her but she was very wonderful on helping me out and my son and thanks to her but now I can't get anyone else to call me back and it's been over two weeks and there was some people up front that were very rude one person I'm not sure what her name was but she scolded me and was very rude and short with me and said that I didn't need to call but one time of day I had only called one time a day for like 5 days I did do that but then I stopped because it you know after she done that but it said that if I didn't get a call back within 72 hours to please call back so that's what I was doing but they were very rude thank you

I would like to know why I can never get ahold of anyone with dfcs. I sent all the necessary documents in by the date requested. I called for weeks to confirm and now, right before Christmas you guys cut off my food stamps! Thats so cruel and its so unprofessional that I can never reach my case worker. If you could help me that'd be a blessing. Its about to be Christmas and I dont have any food and cant reach anyone.
