Hi to whomever this may concern: I would like to go off of social security disability. I appreciate your help and time. I am requesting to stop receiving social security disability benefits. I do not hear voices as far as I know. My parents asked me to say that I hear voices to a DHS worker a person who works for the government over the home phone several years ago so I could receive these benefits. Anyways, I would appreciate your help to stop receiving this money from the government. Thank you for your time and help.
