I never in my life had to deal with rude ppl at social services like every time I call or go into this office, this one lady always have a attitude or is rude then sometimes the workers don’t even respond back or they are rude.
I had a review done faxed in my paoer that was need and still had to wait for my tanf and EBT for my children.I spoke to 2 people my temporary case worker and her boss and today makes a week and I still haven't received any of my benefits I don't understand why it takes a week to two weeks to process someone's paperwork that the information hasn't changed about to be approved or looked over it shouldn't take a week for this while I have no groceries left in my icebox I have to go get a voucher I guess and a store is coming today and tomorrow I feel if there aren't enough workers or something get someone from another office the wait is ridiculous.
