My brother John walker spent more than two hours trying to speak with a representative from your office because not only are your websites not usable so are your voice response systems. Just to let you know how disappointed I am in your system during the time of which technology is at it's best. Your IT team should really take a better look at the way your websites are designed. However they are pretty but not worthy. You must remember not everyone has the capabilities to use what you put on them. I'm a college graduate and it did not work. GET BUSY YOUR STUFF SUCKS.
