I visited this office yesterday and today. Yesterday I went in to pick up my EBT card as I was told on a previous call from the office before I went in. When I walked up to window one looked at me, whispered to the older worker, & they started to laugh. When I walked up to the window I let it go. I’ve NEVER seen a worker in a professional environment with a hood on. I only been in this state for a month and it’s unfortunate I had to experience bad behavior from workers in the Hudson building on the first floor .
