You all put children back in the homes of abusive parents. And the fact that you notify people that you’re coming gives them a chance to run away before you can drug test them. What happened to just showing up? Taking children that don’t need to be taken and relocating them and not taking children from dangerous situations because you’re incompetent. Way to go.
