They were very dismissive... condescending and more concerned with complaining about their case load than actually doing their job. A bunch of pencil- pushers and lazy unprofessional people.
Spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone about a case and no one answered. There is no excuse for waiting that long to talk to someone. I guess I need to call consumer services in Jackson??
