This place is horrible... why bother even calling? Rhonda should be fired. The two phone calls I had with her were a complete joke. And I called her supervisor 2 times before I spoke with her the second time and her behavior was worse after. She answers the phone with Rhonda... she doesn't explain who she is or what company she is with or what the procedure is...I actually don't think there is one.. she was disrespectful..and told me that she had to talk to me in person...and yet, never bothered to set a time... she did hang up on me twice.. Rhonda Gard bragged she did her job...she talked to who she needed to talk to... this DCS is not a helpful facility...it hinders the parent or person who calls and who truly cares about the child and protects the parent or person who allows the child to go with known child molester in my case without any checking of background...my child needs help. Not just talked to. Look at the whole picture before you judge..this woman didnt. The supervisors werent any more help. Note takers. My kid needs help. I felt like I had to ask the 'right' question or it wouldn't get answered.
