They basically strip you from all your rights as a parent, keep your child in places not so good for the child. when you share concerns about placement they go to placement and share these allegations with them instead of higher up or a judge. My caseworker never answers the phone hasn't helped me with ANYTHING and only contacts me for drug screens. I have done everything and found all resources on my own even rehab. last time checked placement works around my schedule and dcs not you give all rights to placement i didn't even get to decide what school my child attends and didn't even get to see her first day cuz placement is uncomfortable around me. The goal is for dcs to reunite you with your children not give them away along with your rights with out legal permission and fail at your job and be careless so the parent doing everything your asking of them never gets reunited with there child. They lie to get you to sign things, they manipulate you into thinking you have to do things they say and threatened to make sure you never see your kid again. they say they offer things and will help if you cooperate and they dont even do anything they say they will once you sign whatever it is there telling you to. honestly corporate needs to come clear out the bad apples cuz so far none ive met in this office actual cares about the well being of my children. and from what i hear many others
