Who do ya'll pay to answer phone calls made to your facility? Whomever it is needs to be terminated immediately. They DO NOT do their jobs by any means. I started calling at 11 this morning. The line is not busy so what is the explanation of why ya'll will not answer your phones just to ANSWER A QUESTION. Ya'll NEVER answer. I ALWAYS have to contact macon bibb to get any information. Yall's service is pathetic.
My grandchildren were snatched from my home by CPS without them letting me know what was going on? They took them Oct 2 and I did not know they were not coming back until today ,Oct 6th. I know I have a right to know of outcome on an investigation. I know I have a right to help from my worker to solve problems but no help was offered and no information was given to me before they brought police to my door for the children. I was not allowed dignity and respect.
Around the first of May, I did my renewal online, got a confirmation number and thought I had done what I was supposed to do to receive my $70 a month! This month, June, I haven't received my benefits! I count heavily on this to get me through the month! Could someone explain to me what I need to do?
