Hi - I need to renew my food stamp benefits; apparently the letter i sent did not answer every question. Due to high volume calls, I could not connect via phone. I waited an hour and a half with no one to help. I did visit your office years ago and everyone was kind and efficient. Sincerely, Scott
So I called the 1800 number as instructed to do. Yesterday I spent an hour and 5min on the phone and had to hang up to do something. Today I spent 1hr and 32min on hold. Someone answered and asked me a few questions then placed me on hold again and 20min later the system says "this caller does not have a voicemail set up, goodbye" and disconnected. Are you kidding me?
