I have been to the building, I am amazed at how big it is for Klamath. If it is full of case workers why does it take so long to get an appointment?
This office told me that the Child Support Division was in the Circuit Court building across the street - is is NOT. It is in Bend. You would think they would know that
What a joke trying to get medical coverage, applying online and it wont submit, so I called and waited forever to talk to someone, they cant help either and have to send in a ticket that will take at least 4+ weeks to be resolved so I can even apply and then have to wait for them to get around to reviewing it... I guess this is why the ER is over used.
Are there no people to speak with? Being put on hold for hours is ridiculous. I'll just move back to California if this is the help I can get here. No food or anything.

I need to close my case, and cancel my card... I moved out of the state of Oregon. I also need a letter proving my cancellation.
I applied for food stamps and tanif but only got food stamps for my daughter.
Wait 3 hours on hold, promise a call back in 24 hours, never happens. On hold again for hours, to get forwarded to voicemail with another promise to call back. I seriously doubt the competence of the staff at this point.
