Kansas Child Support Services (CSS) helps children receive the financial support necessary for their growth and development. The program assists by establishing parentage and orders for child and medical support, locating noncustodial parents and their property, enforcing child and medical support orders, and modifying support orders as appropriate. CSS automatically serves families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Assistance, foster care, and child care assistance. Assistance from CSS is also available to any family regardless of income or residency, who applies for our services.

The people who work there constantly get my EBT benefits and my medical assistance cancelled. It's due to their apparent inability to adequately perform the duties that the job requires. They consistently close my case on both because they can't or won't do their jobs. My forms that are to be filled out and returned either never show up,get mailed to wrong address, show up on the day they're due back at the office or any number of thing's that make it impossible for me to do what I need to do to keep my benefits. One time they mailed my forms to Kansas City. Another time if you can believe this they mailed them all the way down to Louisiana. If I ask to many questions that get really jumpy which tends to make them sound a little snotty and condescending.
I just moved here I have no income at the moment and applied almost 2 months ago and have not heard from anyone the application has been submitted or has been looked at it ..
I have asked several times for the report of my daughters examination that was done and every time you guys and the detective change the subject on me. I am her mother and I would like to know what the results are because I can't get a straight answer from anyone everybody like they blindfold me and keep me in the dark.
