Kansas Child Support Services (CSS) helps children receive the financial support necessary for their growth and development. The program assists by establishing parentage and orders for child and medical support, locating noncustodial parents and their property, enforcing child and medical support orders, and modifying support orders as appropriate. CSS automatically serves families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Assistance, foster care, and child care assistance. Assistance from CSS is also available to any family regardless of income or residency, who applies for our services.

HORRIBLE STAFF! Half the time you call they will answer the phone and without even saying a word hang back up on you. They sent a letter recently that has a deadline to contact them we have been trying for A WEEK! When we finally got through to someone they said they couldn't help because the lady wasn't there... what?! Now it's past the date and we may lose our benefits because of these lazy workers. This has been a nightmare.
