Kansas Child Support Services (CSS) helps children receive the financial support necessary for their growth and development. The program assists by establishing parentage and orders for child and medical support, locating noncustodial parents and their property, enforcing child and medical support orders, and modifying support orders as appropriate. CSS automatically serves families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Assistance, foster care, and child care assistance. Assistance from CSS is also available to any family regardless of income or residency, who applies for our services.

I have several times reported abuse of my daughter and have never heard back from them. Now my daughter is suffering a lot of detrimental emotions that a child should not have experience. Try to talk with them once when pick up time came and all I get is a number to call. They say they are looking into the matter is all that has been sent to myself. They must just pass it on to another then another, etc. nothing seems to be being done . My daughter is being alienated from her father by ex and new boyfriend whom my daughter is afraid of for some reason. My daughter has been telling me she does not want to go back to mom and her new partner for over 6 months. How does a father stay in a close relationship with his daughter when it appears the system encourages single and multi partner relationships.
