The case worker I am dealing with my assistance with was very rude and unprofessional regarding my benefits and the possible closure of my case, she was very rude the entire time when I was calling to see what I could do. Not happy at all with the way I was treated and will be contacting a supervisor or someone higher up. You don’t treat people like that when they are calling for help.
