Erica is rude. To help protect a child there should be a full investigation. All people involved should have their opportunity to share their experiences and respectfully taken serious. Any references such as family and friends to the accused should be interviewed to best get the most understanding of the truth. The person that makes the call should be included in all actions and events during the investigation because obviously they love this child very much and are very concerned for this child's happiness and well being.
