if i go to the office we get the job done but if i need to call for help from my case worker...well, thats just not going to happen. i am old and feeble and to make a trip there, when it could be done by phone....is a problem.
I USED TO LIVE IN DECATUR AND PRIOR TO MOVING TO BACK TO OHIO THIS FOOLS NEVER CONTACTED OHIO TO LET OHIO KNOW MY SNAP BENEFITS AND MEDICAL BENEFITS ARE CLOSED DHS IS TOO DAMN LAZY TO DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO DHS EVEN HAVE WHAT THEY CALL QUIET DAY WHERE MORE OF NOTHING GETS DONE SAD UNTILL SOMETHING GETS DONE RIGHT I SAY THEY SUCK
