I have called into the office several times and I have had nothing but poor customer service and they treated me very rudely they did not talk to me with a positive tone they were very rude on the phone and very inconsiderate and threatening to hang up the call and they did not call back within two days like they sat on their voicemails and I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life by a customer service rep in that office like they have in a month and a half
I was treated very rudely by your customer service and I was not given the respect that I deserve through the customer service line when I tried calling several times and they have done nothing but giving me an attitude I have been trying to call and get the plumbing benefits that are still pending on my card for February 7 through and I’ve been trying to get it straightened out now and they have done nothing but giving me an attitude and they have done nothing but giving me rude customer service they’ve given me poor customer service by threatening to hang up the phone on me and they were threatening to hang up on me because I supposedly was yelling
