Your office like any other in our state is horrible , cases on back-load not enough workers , and cases being brought up from months and months ago, there are young children being in the middle of situations and your workers promise to reach out and make contact, visitation.
They cut my snap benefits off because of their staff sent it to the wrong address and now they are penalizing me for their mistake and I don't think it's fair but they even told me they sent it to the wrong address but I'm being punished for it.
