This place (DSS) is horrible specially for the honest people that are trying to live, do right by the benefits, turn in proper paperwork, all for them to ignore/never return any of your calls. I actually qualify & did everything right & they'll mail you a letter saying they didn't receive anything from you... when you have PROOF that you've done it all. We definitely need better SNAP workers & most of them should be looked into because they definitely don't get the job done.
