Awful. I was crying in frustration asking for help when the rude woman I’ve ever spoken to hung up on me then ignored my call when I rang back. I’ve been begging everyone for help and no one seems to!
Been waiting on hold since 8am, its been about an hr, I was the first caller of the day, got hung up on.....
My fiance and I have been trying to get a hold of the office and to the social workers that are working are case for over a month now.
I've been trying for over a month to get a hold of someone cause my food stamps stopped. Phones can't reach anyone or get cut off. Email I get a response a week later to follow this link to this and get there and can't even open the email. I go to the new I guess I hope its even the right site and it says I am active food stamps and medical. I still try and fill out the application and I keep getting kicked out. I'm not sure what is going on but this is very unusual for this office. Typically they are very fast and accurate even when covid first hit. These last few months though not so much.
Horrible service. No one knows what there doing . Can't get ahold of anyone by phone. And they have people who don't know what there doing calling people to go over applications. The lady didn't even know why she was calling me.
To Whom It May Concern, Someone called me July 20th at 1:25 pm from your phone number to conduct a "survey of services" to enter to win $100 gift card. When I asked if there was a way to take the survey on line, she said that you did have an online survey but it already ended. You need to be aware this is happening because it sounds like a scam to get information. (503)731-3400 is the number that showed up on my cell.
0 stars for you. You're phone isn't even on and we have questions about our account. We've tried over and over again to call you and there is no option to speak to anyone. It give the message in English, then Spanish, then it hangs up the phone. I've tried from 2 phones multiple times and the result is the same. The message doesn't even say that your phones are down. Unforgivable
