Im not sure why the receptionists feel they need to look up my info when I specifically ask for my case manager that I have already spoken to. The receptionist are trying to feel important and have zero clue at what is going on. When I call and ask to speak to my case manager that should be it. My call should get transferred. I DONT NEED HELP FROM THE FRONT. DO BETTER UNION COUNTY.
