Information on Services

Through public service and community collaboration, Coshocton County Job and Family Services provides individuals and families with the respect, encouragement, support, and assistance necessary to achieve an improved quality of life. Every child deserves support from both parents.  This support includes both financial and emotional support.  Child Support enhances the well-being of children while promoting positive parental involvement and improving a family's self-sufficiency. The Child Support Enforcement Agency offers many services which are available to the Non-Custodial Parent and the Custodial Parent. The Children Services Division of Job and Family Services investigates allegations of child abuse, neglect, and dependency. Within this division there are two units, Intake and Ongoing. Our goal is to bridge the gap between parents and their children. Adult protective services help those age 60 or older who are in danger of harm, are unable to protect themselves and may have no one to assist them. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services supervises the state's Adult Protective Services program.
