Mahoning County Children Services is the public agency responsible for helping abused, neglected and dependent children in Mahoning County. Our staff is committed to providing a healthy, secure environment for each child under our care. Many of the services the Agency provides are mandated by the Ohio Revised Code, including investigations, in-home protective services, foster care giving, adoption. The Agency's Main goal is to provide protective services and care for abused, neglected and dependent children.
