The Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth & Family Services is a statewide organization of private agencies. Our members are the service providers who provide the direct "hands-on" programs and supports needed to achieve and maintain permanency and safety for children and youth and stability for families. They share a commitment to child safety and community protection related to rehabilitation of juvenile offenders. The safety and well-being of Pennsylvania's children and their families have long been held as priorities by private agencies who share a deep commitment to keeping children safe, families strong, and communities involved. Services provided by our member agencies range from prevention focused, in home services to foster and campus based residential and residential treatment services. Many members also have strong behavioral health and educational components incorporated into their array of services and supports. All strive to maintain high standards of practice. The diversity of our members has increased in recent years, as have the issues specific to the services provided and the complexity of the children and families served.

Hi, I was just wondering if Columbia County Children and Youth services has a Christmas gift program for needy children in the county. Northumberland County has a program where you can get the name and age of a child and a list of things they may need/want for Christmas. Do you have a similar program? If you do can you please let me know. It is something some friends and I may like to give to. Thank you! Sue
