Can not get any one on the phone. They are no help at all. I do not want to lose my food stamps due to staff not doing their job. I need a Medicare denial form so I can continue to get health care from Ralpha.
I have made several attempts to renew my EBT CARD, on line have not been successful to renew.

No one answers the phone like wow
I am so disappointed and frankly fed up with this office. No one ever wants to answer the phone, I keep being sent to a voicemail that is full. The one time I was able to get a live person, she was less than unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I picked my underaged family member up from the sheriffs office on nov 4th and although I’ve reached out over 20xs to get an update on the abuse case I’ve received absolutely no feedback or news. This is unacceptable and I wish I had a better avenue in which to file a complaint.
I know this isn't the right place but I can't get anyone on the phone I am in need of help with my brother, it is very important thank you.
